Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Item Condition Required for Return
To qualify for a return, furniture must be in new, unused condition and returned with its original packaging and all included accessories, hardware, and components. Items should be properly protected for return shipping to help prevent damage during transit.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
Email our support team at support@camachosfurniture.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your return request is authorized, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item.
Please contact us and receive return authorization before sending any product back.

Return Shipping Costs
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products: If your furniture arrives defective, is damaged during transit, or differs from the item you ordered, Camachos Furniture will cover the return shipping cost.
Customer Change of Mind: If you ordered the wrong item or no longer want the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Restocking Fee
Camachos Furniture does not charge a restocking fee. The restocking fee is $0.00.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the result by email. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
